High school ball is nearing the end of the season, and there
were lots of outstanding performances to take note of. In this series, I will continue recapping the best performances around the state of Tennessee. Let’s take a look at weeks nine and
ten.

1. QB Drake Fisher, Senior

Sullivan East HS, Bluff City, TN

Stats: (Week 10) 23-39 (59%), 437 Yds, 6 Tds

The state’s leading passer was back at it again after a few
off weeks, which is still better than most. This past Thursday against
West Greene he lit it up throwing for almost 450 yards along with
six scores. Fisher has led the state in passing yards all season, and it
seems he will finish there as well. He is a very under-the-radar
prospect in my eyes.

2. QB Braden Graham, Senior

Riverdale HS, Murfreesboro, TN

Stats: (Week 9) 18-25 (72%), 323 Yds, 5 Tds

Coming in right behind Fisher as the state’s second-leading passer is Braden Graham. He has been nothing short of
spectacular this season, and that continued in week nine. Against
Blackman he threw for over 300 yards and 5 touchdowns. This has been the norm all season long. He now has completed over
72% of his passes for 2,400 yards to go along with an outrageous
33-1 touchdown to interception ratio. He is the best pure passer in
the state.

3. RB Isaiah Groves, Junior

East Robertson HS, Cross Plains, TN

Stats: (Week 10) 17 Car, 286 Yds, 2 Tds

Groves has been dominant all season long, and that
continued this past Friday against White House-Heritage. He
finished with almost 300 yards on the ground to go along with 2
touchdowns. He is well on his way to rushing for 2k and currently sits at
third in the state with 1,839 yards on the ground.

4. WR Jay’len Mosley, Junior

Jackson Christian HS, Jackson, TN

Stats: (Week 10) 9 Rec, 164 Yds, 4 Tds

The state’s leading receiver kept up his usual ways as he
went on another tear. This past Friday in a blowout win against
Harding Academy, he lit them up for over 150 yards and four
touchdowns on nine catches. Mosley has been the best WR in the state
by far, and he is only a Junior folks. He now sits at 1,256 yards to go
along with 23 touchdowns for the season.

5. DE Kenderrius Robertson, Junior

Mitchell HS, Memphis, TN

Stats: (Week 10) 6 Tckls, 2 TFL, 2 Sacks

Robertson being on the list has been a weekly occurrence, but when you lead the country in sacks and dominate the way he does, there is no way you can leave him off. He simply takes
over games. There is a reason his team is undefeated, as he is now closing in on 30 sacks. After two more sacks vs Fayette Ware, Robertson now sits at 27 for the season.
