As draft season rapidly approaches, I will give my 10 favorite players for each position. Let’s move on to the OTs.

  • Quarterbacks
  • Running Backs
  • Wide Receivers
  • Tight Ends

1. Joe Alt, Notre Dame

— By far the top OT to me and a potential gold jacket dude if he stays healthy.

Sep 30, 2023; Durham, North Carolina, USA; Duke Blue Devils defensive end R.J. Oben (94) tries to get past the block of Notre Dame Fighting Irish offensive lineman Joe Alt (76) during the second half at Wallace Wade Stadium.

2. Olu Fashanu, Penn State

— Very good but a severe drop from Alt in my book. He’ll still go top 15.

Penn State left tackle Olu Fashanu (74) gets set before a play against West Virginia at Beaver Stadium September 2, 2023, in State College.

3. JC Latham, Alabama

— He has some project in him but his upside has always been next level.

The Best Way to End the Scheduling Debate

Sep 4, 2021; Atlanta, Georgia, USA; Alabama Crimson Tide offensive lineman JC Latham (65) blocks against the Miami Hurricanes at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

4. Taliese Fuaga, Oregon State

— Solid but won’t wow you in any one area.

Oct 8, 2022; Stanford, California, USA; Oregon State Beavers offensive lineman Taliese Fuaga (75) blocks Stanford Cardinal linebacker Levani Damuni (3) during the first quarter at Stanford Stadium.

5. Amarius Mims, Georgia

— He’s always been a freak athlete but can he put it all together?

Jan 9, 2023; Inglewood, CA, USA; Georgia Bulldogs offensive lineman Amarius Mims (65) and offensive lineman Tate Ratledge (69) against the TCU Horned Frogs during the CFP national championship game at SoFi Stadium.

6. Troy Fautanu, Washington

— A solid second-rounder who could be in the league for a while.

Oct 22, 2022; Berkeley, California, USA; Washington Huskies offensive lineman Troy Fautanu (55) prepares to block California Golden Bears linebacker Braxten Croteau (52) during the third quarter at FTX Field at California Memorial Stadium.

7. Tyler Guyton, Oklahoma

— A big drop off to Guyton who I have as a third-rounder.

Oklahoma's Tyler Guyton (60) is pictured in the second half during a Bedlam college football game between the Oklahoma State University Cowboys (OSU) and the University of Oklahoma Sooners (OU) at Boone Pickens Stadium in Stillwater, Okla., Saturday, Nov. 4, 2023.

8. Kingsley Suamataia, BYU

— A huge frame and upside but has never really impressed me as much as he should have.

Oct 21, 2023; Provo, Utah, USA; Brigham Young Cougars offensive lineman Kingsley Suamataia (78) prepares to block against the Texas Tech Red Raiders in the first half at LaVell Edwards Stadium.

9. Jordan Morgan, Arizona

— Nasty and aggressive, he could be a sleeper.

Nov 25, 2023; Tempe, Arizona, USA; Arizona Wildcats offensive lineman Jordan Morgan (77) against the Arizona State Sun Devils during the Territorial Cup at Mountain America Stadium.

10. Frank Crum, Wyoming

— Small school kid who has done well when playing up.

Dec 30, 2022; Tucson, AZ, USA; Wyoming Cowboys offensive tackle Frank Crum (75) against the Ohio Bobcats during the 2022 Barstool Sports Arizona Bowl at Arizona Stadium.
