The Ohio State Buckeyes have bolstered their offensive skills positions via the transfer portal, the Wisconsin Badgers have found a versatile and talented linebacker, and Coach Prime Deion Sanders has found a productive, all-conference receiver to catch passes from Shedeur Sanders.
