2024 recruiting is wrapped up. I’m rolling through the most important commits at every position. Here are the most important DL signings this cycle, in my humble opinion. You can find other positions here:
1. Williams Nwaneri to Missouri
— Mizzou winning this battle over Oklahoma and others was a massive message to other recruits in the Midwest.

2. Dylan Stewart to South Carolina
— The Gamecocks yet again win a huge battle in the Mid-Atlantic.

3. LJ McCray to Florida
— Florida needs to recruit much better in state and this was a big one to help momentum.

4. Justin Scott to Miami
— Pulling him from the Midwest and away from Ohio State was a huge muscle flex for Mario Cristobal.

5. David Stone to Oklahoma
— Many didn’t want Stone to go back home but it didn’t matter as Brent Venables wasn’t going to be denied.

6. Jordan Ross to Tennessee
— The Vols go out of state for an instant-impact guy coveted by every SEC team.

7. Colin Simmons to Texas
— The state of Texas is being recruited more heavily than ever but Steve Sarkisian and company kept this one home.

8. Dominick McKinley to LSU
— LSU always has a huge advantage in-state but it doesn’t diminish keeping this kid home.

9. Eddrick Houston to Ohio State
— Ohio State continues to show they are the only Big Ten team that can consistently go into the Southeast and win these battles.

10. Joseph Jonah-Ajonye to Georgia
— National recruiting for UGA continues to impress as they go into Texas for this elite lineman.
